How the Programme Works
The 20-day plan is built around three simple principles:
Daily detox protocol: Detox Step 1 + Step 2 — 2 capsules each, morning and evening with food, every single day for 20 days.
Shake days (15 days): On these days, Energy Diet HD replaces one meal — breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The meal replaced rotates so your body doesn't adapt. This keeps your digestive system light while ensuring full nutrition.
Food days (5 days): On Days 5, 10, 13, 17, and 20 — you eat three full clean meals. These are intentional recovery and nourishment days. No shake required.
Herbal Mix Tea: Sip one cup daily throughout all 20 days to support the detox process and keep your gut calm.

Key Nutrition Principles
Prioritise vegetables, legumes, whole grains, and lean protein.
Avoid: processed foods, refined sugar, alcohol, and fried foods during the 20 days.
Drink at least 2 litres of water daily — this is essential during any detox.
On shake days, aim for 1,000–1,200 kcal from food, plus ~200 kcal from your shake.
On food days, stay within 1,200–1,400 kcal for gentle, consistent results.
