I. Introduction
The Code of Ethics for NL Middle East Partners has been developed to ensure high standards of professionalism, integrity, and transparency in the activities of the company’s partners. It establishes the fundamental rules of conduct for partners when interacting with clients, the company, and each other, while ensuring that their activities comply with UAE legislation and international ethical standards in the field of direct sales.
II. Fundamental Principles
  1. Honesty and Transparency: Partners are committed to providing clients with complete and accurate information about products, prices, and sales terms.
  2. Compliance with Laws: Partners’ activities must comply with UAE legislation and respect local cultural norms.
  3. Ethical Interactions: Partners must avoid manipulations, deceit, and other unfair practices.
  4. Compliance with Sharia Principles: Partners’ activities must adhere to Islamic principles, including fairness, transparency, and respect for consumer rights.
  5. Professionalism: Interactions with clients and partners must be courteous, respectful, and professional.
III. Responsibilities of Partners
  1. When Interacting with Clients:
  • Introduce themselves, name the company, and clearly state the purpose of the communication.
  • Inform clients about the terms of purchase, return, payment, and delivery.
  • Cease communication upon the client’s request and avoid intrusive behavior.
  • Respect the client’s right to decline the offer without explanation and refrain from pressuring them into purchasing products or services.
  1. Ethics of Client Relations:

  • Do not create false expectations regarding discounts, gifts, or bonuses.
  • Respect clients’ decisions to decline purchases.
  1. Delivery and Returns:
  • If delivery is delayed, the client must be informed within 7 days.
  • The client has the right to terminate the agreement without additional costs if the delay exceeds 21 days.
  1. Compliance with Sharia Principles:
  • Products must be presented truthfully, without exaggerating their properties, quality, or benefits.
  • Sales and return terms must be fair, clear, and understandable.
  • All transactions with clients must be voluntary and based on clear terms.
IV. Partners’ Rights and Support
  1. Company’s Responsibilities to Partners:
  • Provide accurate, transparent information regarding earnings, sales, and commissions.
  • Offer training and tools to support successful operations.
  • Establish clear and documented terms of cooperation.
  1. Protecting Partners’ Interests:
  • The company does not require partners to make excessive contributions to participate in the sales system.
  • Partners are not obligated to purchase products in quantities exceeding their actual needs.
  • Rewards are paid in full and on time.
V. Interaction Between Partners
  1. Partners must respect each other’s work and avoid poaching or unfair competition.
  2. It is prohibited to spread false information about the company’s products or strategy.
