Standard Delivery (Dubai):
Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated based on the weight of your order.
  • AED 20 for shipments up to 5 kg within Dubai, delivered within 4 hours, for distances up to 7 km.
  • AED 2 per additional kilometer for distances beyond 7 km.
Next-Day Delivery (Across UAE):
  • AED 20 for up to 5 kg within the main areas of each emirate.
  • AED 2 per additional kilogram.
Remote Areas (Across UAE):
  • AED 35 for up to 5 kg.
  • AED 2 per each additional kilogram.

All delivery charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process. Final fees will be clearly displayed on our website before you complete your order.

4-Hour Express Delivery Coverage

Available only in Dubai. Orders must be placed before 6pm and be collected in within Dubai pick-up coverage area.

Next Day Delivery: Between 9am – 10pm next day

4-Hour Express: Within 4h post order in Ready for Collection status

3-5 business days for Middle East delivery.

The estimated date of arrival will be indicated when placing an order, in the “My Purchases” section of the Personal Office, as well as in an SMS message sent to the buyer’s contact phone number.

Please note that the delivery time is calculated in business days: from the next business day following the day the order was placed. The estimated delivery time is indicative and may slightly change both up and down.

The return shipping cost for a non-defective product is covered by the customer. For international shipments, if a return is made, any Customs Duty or import fees will also be paid by the customer.

What if My Product is Defective?

We take pride in offering high-quality products and always strive to ensure that each item meets our standards. However, if for any reason you receive a defective product—whether it’s damaged, expired, or doesn’t match the description—you can return it within 14 days of identifying the defect. To start the process, simply contact our support team and provide a description of the issue, along with photos if needed. We’ll be glad to assist you with a full refund or replacement. What If the Product Isn’t Halal?

We aim to ensure clear information about our products, but please note that not all items are certified as halal. If halal certification is essential for your purchase, we encourage you to verify product information carefully before buying. If you find that a product does not meet halal requirements after purchase, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer a replacement with a halal-certified product, if available. If the halal-certified item is more expensive, the difference in price will need to be covered by the customer. If a suitable replacement is not available, a return may be processed instead. Please contact our support team to arrange the replacement or return.
